Car rental return

Returning the rental car is available at both Keflavik Airport office and Reykjavik City office at any time during our opening hours. For a return outside of our opening hours please contact us.

The car does not need to be cleaned before return but we appreciate that you throw away any trash that you have in the car. Please return the car with the same amount of fuel that you received the car with. Make sure that you collect all of your belongings from the car and that you return all devices that you may have rented from us during your rental.

If returning at Keflavik International Airport, we recommend that you return the car at least 2 hours before your departure. The drop off process is smooth and only takes few minutes. The shuttle bus goes back and fourth from our delivery office at Keflavik Airport every 15 minutes during its opening hours. So please allow for 15-20 minutes from arriving to drop off the car to being at the airport. The shuttle bus stops right in front of our delivery office.

For those who prefer, the departure hall is about 300 meters away from our delivery office and easy to reach on foot.

We recommend our customers to bring their fellow travelers to the airport with the luggage and only the driver brings back the car. This helps speed up the process for you and everyone else.

Early returns are allowed but non-refundable unless the amendments is made prior to the pick up date.
